👉 This is a seasonal part-time or full-time opportunity (work continues until the snow flies ❄️).

✨ What We Offer:
💵 Starting pay: $20/hour
🧰 No experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right people
🚜 Higher pay available for experienced workers & equipment operators
📅 Monday–Friday schedule (weekends off!)
⏰ 20–35 hours/week
👷‍♂️ Friendly, down-to-earth crew + a supportive work environment

📍 Requirements:
🚗 Must have reliable transportation
🛠️ Most projects are in Tompkins County
✅ We need team members who are dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard

📌 Please Note:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position—not W-2.
You’ll manage your own taxes and no employee benefits are provided.
