When your floors are sinking in and they need a little face lift. We demo’d the failing floor(sub floor was practically non-existent), excavated for a stone sub-base, compacted, installed vapor barrier, reinforced with mesh and drilled in rebar – all tied, installed expansion joints and moved a couple utilities over.
